We understand that timing is critical for your operations. Whether you are ordering a single replacement laptop or a 500-unit desktop refresh, our logistics team ensures your hardware arrives safely and ready for deployment.
🕒 Processing & Lead Times

Small Lots (1–10 units): Ships within 1–2 business days.

Bulk Lots (10+ units/Pallets): Ships within 3–5 business days to allow for final QA and secure palletization.

Custom Configurations: If you require custom OS imaging or RAM upgrades, please add 2 business days to the standard lead time.

International: We facilitate international exports. However, the buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees. We provide all necessary commercial invoices to ensure a smooth transition.

Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging. If a pallet or box is visibly damaged, please note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

Reporting: Report any transit-related hardware issues to us within 48 hours of delivery for a priority replacement or credit.

Can I track my bulk shipment? Yes. As soon as the carrier scans your lot, you will receive a tracking link via email and an update in your Customer Dashboard.
Do you ship to residential addresses? Yes, but please note that carriers may apply a “Residential Surcharge” for freight deliveries. We recommend shipping to your business or institutional address for the lowest rates.
