We understand that timing is critical for your operations. Whether you are ordering a single replacement laptop or a 500-unit desktop refresh, our logistics team ensures your hardware arrives safely and ready for deployment.

🕒 Processing & Lead Times

  • Small Lots (1–10 units): Ships within 1–2 business days.

  • Bulk Lots (10+ units/Pallets): Ships within 3–5 business days to allow for final QA and secure palletization.

  • Custom Configurations: If you require custom OS imaging or RAM upgrades, please add 2 business days to the standard lead time.

📦 Shipping Methods

  • Standard Parcel: We ship via [Carrier Name, e.g., FedEx/UPS] for smaller orders.

  • LTL Freight: Large orders are professionally shrink-wrapped and palletized to prevent transit damage.

    • Note: Please specify if your facility requires a Liftgate or has a Loading Dock at checkout.

  • Local Pickup: Available for registered partners at our [City/Region] warehouse. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to bypass shipping fees.

💰 Rates & Transparency

  • Real-Time Quotes: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Flat-Rate Promotions: Orders over $X,XXX qualify for free standard ground shipping (Continental US/Region only).

  • Your Account, Your Carrier: We can ship using your corporate shipping account (FedEx/UPS/DHL). Please contact your Account Manager before placing the order to arrange this.

🌍 Domestic & International

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 states and territories.

  • International: We facilitate international exports. However, the buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees. We provide all necessary commercial invoices to ensure a smooth transition.

🛡️ Shipping Protection & Damage

Your shipment is fully insured until it reaches your dock.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging. If a pallet or box is visibly damaged, please note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

  • Reporting: Report any transit-related hardware issues to us within 48 hours of delivery for a priority replacement or credit.

Can I track my bulk shipment? Yes. As soon as the carrier scans your lot, you will receive a tracking link via email and an update in your Customer Dashboard.

Do you ship to residential addresses? Yes, but please note that carriers may apply a “Residential Surcharge” for freight deliveries. We recommend shipping to your business or institutional address for the lowest rates.
