• Order Minimums: While we offer individual units, bulk pricing tiers typically begin at 10 units.

• Shipping: We use freight and insured carriers for large lots. Standard lead time for in-stock inventory is 3–5 business days.

• Tax Exemption: Registered non-profits or tax-exempt institutions can upload their certificates at checkout or via their Account Dashboard.

🛡️ Warranty & Quality Assurance

Every device undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection before it leaves our warehouse.

• Standard Coverage: All hardware includes a 90-day limited warranty covering functional defects.

• Extended Protection: Ask your account manager about 1-year and 3-year enterprise-grade protection plans.

• Condition Grading: We use a standardized grading system (A, B, or C). Please refer to the specific listing for the cosmetic grade of your lot.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

In the B2B world, downtime is expensive and we are selling the lots with same conditions, hence you can resell the stock later as per your need and arrangements.We aim to fix issues fast.

• No Return: Its electronic lot selling on the same condition as bought from another customers..

• Resell: You can resell the stock to us whose fee will be calculated at the time of buying the stock based on QC report

💳 Payments & Financing

We offer flexible payment options to fit your fiscal year requirements:

• Accepted Methods: All major Credit Cards, Wire Transfers, and Bank Transfer.

• Net Terms: Established corporate partners and educational institutions may apply for Net 30 terms (subject to credit approval).

• Purchase Orders (PO): We gladly accept official POs from schools and government agencies.
